Booking & Retainer

• To officially secure your date on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, along with a signed contract. Please note that dates are a first-come, first-served. A spot is only considered "booked" once a retainer is received.

Final Payment

• The remaining 50% balance of your session fee is due three (3) days prior to your scheduled session date.
• For weddings and other big events, your remainder is due thirty (30) says prior to your wedding date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice: Any requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to your session. For weddings and big events, you must cancel or reschedule within 90 days of your date.
• Refunds: All retainers are non-refundable. In the event that I must cancel a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, no refunds are provided for cancellations or no-shows.



Location & Travel

• Travel Fees: Website pricing reflects the starting session fee only. Travel fees will be calculated and added to your final invoice once a location is chosen,
• Permits: Clients are responsible for researching their desired location and covering any associated permit fees or entrance costs required for professional photography.

Late arrival

• The Late Fee: A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $50 late fee will be added to your final invoice.
• The Cut-Off: If a client is more than 30 minutes late with no communication, the session is considered a "No-Show", the retainer is forfeited and the session is cancelled.
• Session Extensions: Your session ends at the originally scheduled time. If my schedule allows and you wish to extend the session to make up for lost time, an extension fee of $300 per hour will apply and must be paid before gallery delivery.

Communication

• Invoices and contracts are valid for 48 hours from the time they are sent. If the retainer is not paid within this window and the contract is not signed, the date will be released back to the public and you will have to inquire again.

Editing & RAWS

• I do not freely provide RAW or unedited files under any circumstances. My editing style is part of the service you are booking. Additionally, please refrain from adding filters or altering the final delivered images. 

GUESTS

• Only the individuals being photographed are permitted at the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Pets are welcome but must be disclosed beforehand.
